Fair use here means abuse: sharing one login across several people, running it through automation, or reselling it. It has never meant volume. Your account and your certificates live on servers in the EU (Amsterdam), encrypted at rest. They are never sold and never used to train AI models. Being straight with you about one thing: to turn your voice into a cert, the recording goes to our transcription provider and the text to Anthropic — both US companies, both contractually barred from training on it. Share links expire after 72 hours, and if you ask us to delete your data it's gone. It's all set out plainly in our privacy policy.
