Work done this week: the founding offer is live. The first 50 accounts lock £29/month for life — after that the price goes to £35. Nobody will ever get Modyx cheaper than the people who back it first.

Why a price rise instead of a discount

Most launch offers knock money off and quietly put it back later. We’ve done the opposite: £29 is today’s real price, and once 50 sparks are on board it rises for everyone after them. The counter on the front page is live — it reads straight from the subscriber count, so it can’t claim scarcity that isn’t real. When it hits zero, the offer is gone and the banner takes itself down.

What founding sparks get

• £29/month locked for life — the price never rises while the subscription stays active, whatever we charge everyone else.
• First cert free, no card to start — same as everyone: dictate a real EICR, EIC or Minor Works cert and see the finished PDF before paying anything.
• A direct line to the founder. The first ten accounts especially — we’ll walk your first cert with you, and what annoys you gets fixed first. Founding feedback decides the build order.

What we ask back
